Fun, not to challenging, easy to follow, does get a bit boring after a bit, but it's easy to pick back up

This was a very detailed easy course to follow and the lessons taught are the fundamentals of IT support.

Amazing step by step for Beginner to learn or relearn again for those are familiar in a different lenses.

I found it very easy to learn from the videos, I loved the getting to the quiz at the end of the lessons.

Good introduction to the topic broken into digestible pieces. Interesting real world advice and examples.

I am glad I took this course. It is indeed a fundamental needed to fill the small cracks in my IT basket.
