I learnt so much from the Course, although i'm not a beginner but Thankfully i got to know a lot of new things. Thanks Google and Coursera for giving me this opportunity

This is the best course and what makes it best are the instructors in it.Here you can actually get an idea that why Google is so reputed in all the fields they are into.

This course has given me lot of positive motivation to move ahead with the IT. The course design is awesome and straight forward. I loved the practical labs. Keep It up.

Seems fast paced and they are throwing a lot of information at you, but they do so in a way that is manageable and easy to retain compared to other courses I have tried.

A wonderful introduction to I.T that will give you an insight into the life of a googler or I.T support while also teaching the fundamentals needed for a role like this.

The Instructors ensured they broke the modules down into consumable bits for even a complete novice to understand! Good job Coursera and Google, and thank you very much!

Very informative and thorough. Makes the subject matter easy to follow and relatable so you can retain the information. Educators are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I already had a lot of knowledge about computers, but when I learned about it, it felt great. My technical skills increased even more and it helped me become an expert.

Very helpful to prepare for the world of IT with useful informations to understand the terms and customer service protocols and building an PC with safety instructions.

Good for Basic Level Understanding about Computers. If you know what computer is made up of and how softwares and hardwares work together then you can skip this course.

This was a great introduction for the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I'm sure I will love completing the rest of the series, and becoming Google certified!

Really good intro to IT as well as other very basic computer science fundamentals, can be completed pretty easily if knowledgeable or already studying computer science.

Great Course

I had some issues with the computer components assembly quiz, the writing was in a different language. Overall the course was great and I will recommend it.

I would recoomend this course to anyone interested in entering the IT field. Course contents was clear and concise, and an easy to understand step into the world of IT.
