Honestly, its one of the most effective online foundational course on effective leadership. I'm particularly overwhelmed by the much I have learnt about utilising the group decision making process.

Enjoyable, informative. I took away a star because there are instances where a person's color was emphasized. In today's world, a person's color should be looked at the same as hair, eye color. It is what you "look" like, not who you are, nor does it define how you act, what you know or what your skills are or how that can benefit the project at hand. For instance: in lesson 1, she describes herself, "parent, partner, white, 50-something.." and in Lesson 3, she describes them as "all white men". What does their color have to do with the issue? I have worked places where men with dark skin were condescending, non-listening, terrible bosses. Their color wasn't the problem, it was their mind-set, approach to leading or lack of, lack of empathy, many things, but never their color. Stop focusing on color.
