Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, Ideate is the second course in a certificate program that will equip you with the skills needed to apply to entry-level jobs in user experience (UX) design. everything is lagging and my all assignments are gone! How did I finish week 4 with a green badge, and then got my rest of work deleted even though I passed and evaluated others! Now I redo everything and even though it shows week 3 done completely, it is still not done in another side of the page. What a joke to pay money for this!

Boring. There is way to much filler content and not enough actual useful information. All the videos with interviews with google employees are a waste of time.
